• Returns/refunds are not accepted for personalized products unless defective or damaged.

2. Damaged/Defective Items

• If approved, we may offer:

  • Replacement of the defective product.

  • Refund to the original payment method.

3. Cancellations

• Allowed only within 12 hours of placing the order, and before customization/dispatch begins.

5. Shipping Costs
